Sui Offchain Tunnels Reach 40.6M TPS in AI-Agent Stress Test

Sui says its programmable offchain tunnels processed 40,614,180 transactions per second during a live stress test at Sui Basecamp, up from roughly 6.1 million in July. Tether, Kazakhstan’s central bank and the Alatau City Authority have signed an agreement to study a tenge-pegged stablecoin and real-world asset tokenization.
